There are a lot of assumptions in our present day culture. Some are underlining and understood as part of a certain culture or religion. There are clear lines that diferentiate between women and men. Women in many cultures tend to the children, as they tend to the house.
Men have other things to do. Period. This is the mentality for a large part of the worlds population. It is not all of the population. There are people who see past this stereotype. There are people who want to be there to raise their child, to share how amazing this world and this planet truly is. To be present and to share in the milestones not by word of mouth, but by experiencing it yourself.
We are saluting you! The male figures, fathers, brothers, grandparents, cousins, friends, adopted parents, whomever wants to babywear as well, we salute you. We love seeing you with your babies slinged up, ready to go!
Eduardo Felix – Father of two girls 13 and 11.
